By booking or participating in our experiences, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1.1. All bookings can be made online at www.iflyspitfiresim.co.uk or via direct contact with our team.
1.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
1.3. We reserve the right to update prices. However, the price you book at will always be honored.

2.1. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
2.2. Vouchers are non-refundable but transferable to another person.
2.3. Extensions may be granted upon request before the expiry date, subject to an administration fee.
2.4. Our eGift cards are sold and processed by Squareup. For any inquiries regarding gift card purchases, please refer to their support channels.

3.1. Cancellations made with at least 72 hours’ notice can be rescheduled free of charge. However, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
3.2. Cancellations within 72 hours of the booking will incur a rebooking fee.
3.3. If we need to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered an alternative date or credit toward a future booking.

4.1. The minimum age for participation is 12 years old. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
4.2. Good health is required. Please inform us of any medical concerns that could affect your experience.
4.3. For accessibility requirements, please contact us in advance.

5.1. Safety is our top priority. All participants must follow the instructions given by staff.
5.2. Alcohol, drugs, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to end a session without refund if necessary.

6.1. We are not liable for personal injury, death, or property damage unless caused by negligence on our part.
6.2. You assume responsibility for any risks associated with participation.

7.1. Your personal data will only be used for booking and service purposes and will not be shared without consent.

8.1. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be resolved under their jurisdiction.
