Book Your Ultimate Flying Experience Today!

Experience the thrill of being part of the Battle of Britain by flying in this exact 1/1 scale MK IX Spitfire. The aircraft features fully functioning analogue instrumentation and flight controls, with many original period parts fitted and functioning in accordance with the original warbird including realistic sound and vibrations. You can enjoy a free flight over Dover, France or London, all set in the 1940s, or test your skills at dogfighting and shooting down the Luftwaffe. There are many different scenarios available, including taxi take-off and landing..

Our simulator experience has been designed to provide an immersive and engaging experience for individuals aged 10 and above. We kindly request that individuals below this age refrain from participating in the simulator experience. However, we welcome them to have their photograph taken. Please note that individuals below the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. We prioritize the safety and comfort of all participants, and we believe that these measures will help us ensure a positive experience for everyone involved.

To fly, you must be able to climb into the cockpit unassisted, therefore will need good mobility. We state that flat shoes must worn and for the best experience and ease of access, either trousers or shorts should also be worn.  All loose items must be either secured or not taken into the cockpit as if they are dropped, they may be unable to be retrieved.  The operator has the right to refuse access to the simulator if they feel it may be unsafe or hazardous for the participant to take part.

History of our flight simulator

Our simulator was built in the 1980s by a film studio to be used in TV dramas and also as a movie prop and to enable the film crew to do close-up shots of the actors!

We originally purchased it as an empty cockpit from an elderly gentleman who had kept it stored in his barn for many years with the intention of completing the inside, although due to his ailing health unfortunately never managed it.

We have spent many, many hours turning that empty shell into what we now present you with – a fully functioning, very realistic simulator !!
